I’m not your typical loan officer. For me, it is all about improving lives by doing the right thing.
My personal rules for success are:

- Always place the person before the transaction
- Communicate my integrity and genuine care through professional and consistent actions
I re-entered the mortgage industry in January of 2020 after a 12 yr absence. At the age of 17, I discovered my passion for helping people improve their lives thru the application of Financial literacy. At 18 I became a financial planner in the insurance field as a proponent of the Buy Term & Invest the difference revolution of the early ’90s.
Over time I gravitated to the mortgage industry in early 2000 in Orange County Ca, just in time to participate in the extended real state and refinance boom that lasted for 8 yrs. In those heady years leading up to the financial crisis in 2008.
In those years I achieved a tremendous amount of personal success. The excess and irresponsibility of the industry in that era left a bad taste in my mouth and I chose to leave the industry for good.
I taught myself a new set of skills and in early 2010 founded a small Information technology Business. I successfully ran that company focused on business services and technology infrastructure. Most of my customers were Mortgage companies and independent brokers. Though I was achieving financial success my heart was not in it. I truly missed the rewarding satisfaction of changing the financial futures of families and the power to improve lives unique to the Financial Services and the mortgage industry.
In the fall of 2019, my elderly mother lost her independence and as her only child, it was up to me care for in her time of need. So I decided to make a dramatic shift.
In October I folded up my IT business, relocated to Arizona, and re-entered the mortgage business. From the outset, my ambition and motivation is to help as many people as I can in the most powerful way I can, by helping them become homeowners and reorganizing their financial lives thru the application of financial literacy.
This is my last-ditch attempt to do something great with my life. The clock is ticking.
