Andre Company is a capital placement firm based in Arizona. We arrange debt and equity for commercial real estate across the country, working directly with sponsors and alongside the brokers and intermediaries who represent them.

Ryan Andre Gardiner has been in and around finance his entire working life. He closed his first loan in 1989 and has spent the decades since in lending and the businesses that serve it, on both the residential and commercial sides of the market.

In 2024 he turned the firm's full attention to commercial capital placement. What he brings to a deal is what that long run produced: experience across cycles, asset types and capital structures, and relationships with the lenders, investors and brokers who close them.
